Why is the word 'Love' thrown around so much nowadays? We see it written all over in books, movies, songs and everything that you can think of that's possible. The main point that I'm trying to get across is that love, is not just a word that means the world to hear. Love is a feeling that is felt from within a person's heart, and there are millions of obstacles that get in the way of any body's desire to love and be loved in return. For one thing, I believe that age should never get in the way of love. Age does not define a person, and how they act or feel. Race and religious beliefs shouldn't affect the way a person feels toward one another as well. Religious beliefs should never be in authority of a relationship, and keep two people from being together. It says in the First Amendment, that anybody in this universe has the right to express how they feel about a situation. In reality, everyone should be able to believe in what they want to, not by what others choose or expect them to believe in. Race is another factor that shouldn't determine love. The color of a person's skin is like a reaction to the color of their hair, or the color of their clothes. No one is perfect, and never will be in this or any lifetime to come. Someone may seem like they can achieve everything they've ever have wanted, but love isn't given to a person, just like that. Love can mean many things to a diversity of billions of people in this universe. I do believe that you could maybe fall in love at first sight, but you never truly know until you act. If God destines you to instantly be attracted to someone, then that's your choice he gave you. No one can truly and instantly know who they'll marry, not like it was back in the old days. I believe that the parents shouldn't have a say in who you choose to marry, or be with. If the person has treated you wrong, then you deserve so much better. Also, it is abuse when someone threatens you in any way, and lays a hand on you. It takes courage to fall in love with your first love, and be able to stay together and be wed. Not many people even have found their soul mates, even being married after several times. Distance is a major killer with love. Friendship/Love is not measured by distance, it's by the heart. If that person you met online means that much to you, then you will always have them with you, deep within your heart. Love can mean so many things, and yet none of them equal up. Even the most cruelest of people out there; must have felt the urge to just have someone who understands them, or their life. Someone who they could confide in, and would understand what it's like to try a day in their shoes. Nobody, and I mean no one, knows who they'll fall for. Love can be the most beautiful of all things, but can also be for all the wrong ones. People have taken advantage of love, and have used “love” as an excuse for rape, murder, abuse and many others; so to speak. I truly believe that to love someone, takes courage. No love could compare to the ones shared between mother and child, brother and sister, or to people you consider family. Every love for another in this is different, but all just the same. God, himself, has brought every single living being together, and I truly believe that we're all brothers and sisters in Christ. I'm not writing this to argue about any body's beliefs, but I feel strongly for the love that Christians as myself, feel for our one and only Father, Jesus Christ. People would sacrifice their home, family, mind, being, or existence just to mean the world to someone else. The most greatest risk of all; when it comes to love...is risking your heart. You believe in someone else, and give them your trust of breaking your heart. Heartache isn't the greatest feeling in the world, but when it comes to have being in love, nothing else matters in the world. Love, to me, is the strongest thing on this earth. Love is being able to communicate with someone, be able to listen and confide in them whenever something goes wrong, or a drastic change occurs. Being honest with each other, and being able to trust one another. Cheating on someone, is beyond worthless. Cheating is no mistake, and I believe that actions speak louder than words. People, today in society have obviously forgotten that. I know that every one is different, and have different opinions, but...I feel that if you truly love someone, you would do anything in your power as not to hurt them. Instead of cheating on them, just leave and tell them the truth. No one deserves the pain of a broken heart, or a silent tear falling forever. Everyone, I hope from this passage realizes that love isn't just handed out to you; it comes as an unexpected gift. Love will always be surrounded around your life, and that whenever you feel alone in the world, someone will always be thinking of you. And that love isn't measured by distance, race, beliefs, or age.  I just hope that the people of today, and in the near future will take the chance of falling in love, and grasp the feelings that love leaves a person with, the strong intensity of knowing that you've finally found the one person of your dreams. Love can't be seen, but only felt. And I hope that any one reading this was inspired, or touched. I want every one to know that there is someone waiting out there for you, it doesn't matter who, but when the times comes, you'll just know. As because, love truly is the one thing that combines us all as one, and the one thing that keeps us together. Never give up on love, and it's mysterious ways of making us wonder.
